LiveSTRONG at the Melrose Family YMCA helps cancer survivors regain
their health, well-being and quality of life following a cancer
diagnosis. Often described by participants as
life-changing, the free 12 week program provides support, guidance and
coaching through specially designed exercises to help overcome the side effects of cancer
treatment.
